Customer Mindset: I know the "PDQ" brand name. There are software tools to help me manage deployments and inventory! PDQ D&I is one of them. PDQ *could* work. I need to know if it applies to my budget, tech stack, etc. PDQ D&I likely does the job. Is it the best available option? After deciding to proceed, customers create an account and go through the setup process. New users receive training and support to ensure they are comfortable with the platform and can maximize its benefits.
Metric: All Web Visitors Product Aware Users Interested Users Considering Users Intent-to-Purchase Users New Customers
Data Definition: Every visitor to the website (including new and returning) Count of users with a site visit of at least 30 engaged seconds. Count of users with an active site visit of at least 90 seconds or view of 15 seconds of engagement in key pages. Count of users that successfully register for a trial, download, demo, or chat to sales. Count of users that received a quote. Count of Chargebee customers with a first-time, new subscription.
